Shipping policy

All SIGMA THEORY products are made to order and shipped directly from our print-on-demand fulfillment partner's facilities. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Production Time

Because every item is printed specifically for you, please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time varies slightly by product and print method, and is separate from the shipping time below.

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves production, standard shipping within the United States typically takes an additional 3-5 business days, for a total of roughly 5-12 business days from order to delivery. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays are outside of our control.

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States as well as internationally to a number of countries shown at checkout, including Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, among others. The United States is our primary market, so US orders generally see the fastest and most predictable delivery times.

International Orders

International shipping times vary by destination and are typically longer than domestic US delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner's facility.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at sigmatheory.store@gmail.com right away. We can only make changes before an order enters production.
