Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SIGMA THEORY. Because every item is printed and produced specifically for you after you place your order, our return process works a little differently than a standard retail store. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Items

All SIGMA THEORY products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. We do not hold pre-made inventory, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or simply not liking the fit once it arrives. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering, or message us first at sigmatheory.store@gmail.com if you'd like help picking a size.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us at sigmatheory.store@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, your choice.

Wrong Item Received

If you received a different product than what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your order as lost in transit, or it has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window in our Shipping Policy, contact us at sigmatheory.store@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund once the loss is confirmed.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellations or changes, such as size or address corrections, if you contact us at sigmatheory.store@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on PayPal's processing times.
